The modern kitchen is fully equipped with built in dish-washer, fridge/freezer, electric cooker and hob, together with microwave, toaster etc.
There is ample crockery and utensils etc for five.

The Lounge/Diner is fitted with comfortable seating, dining table and chairs, T.V. DVD, and Radio/CD player
French doors lead to the paved patio area which is ideal for alfresco dining, and overlooks the spacious lawned garden.

Bedroom One is a double room, and has its own modern en-suite, shower,W.C. and basin.

Bedroom Two is a twin bedded room overlooking the garden, with an extra single pull-out bed.

Bathroom, with full sized bath, W.C. and basin. The bathroom also houses the built-in washing machine.

The Lodge is fitted out to a high standard. The furnishings, carpets,decorations and appointments are of excellent quality, and meet all safety standards.

There is ample garden furniture, and a summer house for visitors use.

The Lodge is double glazed and centrally heated throughout, and all fuel and electricity is included in the rent, as is all linen, towels etc, excluding beach towels. High chair and a cot is available free of charge.

PETS ARE WELCOME BY ARRANGEMENT AT TIME OF BOOKING.
